Who would have believed that the end we have a delicious meal that WE cooked??? Perfecto! We had an extremely charming and funny chef who worked with us named Frabriiscio. All he kept saying was "Perfecto!" And when something would mess up..like the pasta not rolling through the machine correctly...he would repeat, "why, why, why??" It was hysterical!
They gave us the recipes for everything. I will probably try the souffle and flan, but that homemade pasta thing is way too much work for me. But it was so much fun and I can't wait until Monday night and our next cooking class!
